BMA Council is the most Senior Board of the BMA, made up of representatives from all Branches of Practice, GPs, Consultants, SASC Doctors and Junior Doctors. Right now we face challenges on all fronts to our profession and our Health Service.
I believe we need experienced clear voices to support our committee in gaining improvements not just to our contract, but our training and working lives. Alongside this we must ensure the changes and safety systems we fought so hard for really work. To do that we need leadership and representation from Junior Doctors on Council.
I have worked tirelessly to deliver real improvements and speak for our profession and our health service. When you get your ballot in the post, please fill it in and consider voting for me No 1 so I can continue to do so.
